Restricting 3rd party access (aka Travis is fixed!) #131

If any of you in the Gitpan organization use travis-ci.org you might have noticed their Javascript would often hang making it unusable. I sure did. Presumably because it was trying to list all the Gitpan repositories.

I've restricted 3rd party access to the Gitpan organization so it won't be included when you register with an application using your personal Github account. That seems to have fixed the problem!

From now on we'll have to explicitly add Gitpan to any applications like Travis. AFAIK there's nothing like that right now.
