Correcting Resource URL For Count Exercise #39

I corrected the URL for the resource section. It was previously linking to the count under the "Aggregate Commands" section. I switched it to the db.collections.count() method as the exercise was intended. This is my first ever pull request so let me know if I did anything wrong! Thanks!
