FROM THE GOOGLE DOC:

FIX: user can exit form without prompting for unsaved data – also on buyer form

NOTE BY EVAN: buyer form is already working?
No, not working. you can exit the browser with unsaved data

The buyer form has always been working. If i go the form and type in anything in any field then try to exit the screen it prompts me if i'm sure i want to leave.

Please, tell me exactly where you are going, what you are typing in and when you exit without getting a prompt.

Here is my test:

  1. http://yacht-fractions.co.uk/buyer/create
  2. I typed in some letters into a random input
  3. I clicked exit on the browser
  4. I got a prompt.
  5. I clicked "Save for later"
  6. I clicked exit on the browser and the window closed.
  7. I went to http://yacht-fractions.co.uk/buyer/create and saw that the data I previously typed in had been saved and was appearing in the form.

Confirmed by Dad in skype convo from 18/10/12 - 12:30 that this is working fine. It was just that you closed it without entering any data into the form, in which case it does not show an "Are you sure?..." prompt because no data has been added.
