What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. update google chrome to Version 19.0.1084.46 m.
2. double-click a tab

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the tab will be closed as usual after I double-click it, but instead
nothing happens. I am certain that the box that allows closing tab by
double-click is checked.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Product version 1.0.32. Window 7 64 bit.
Please provide any additional information below.
This function is extremely convenient and I always used it when I need to close
a tab. However, after I had update google chrome to a new version, this
function is not working at all even though the box is still checked.
