What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Clicking 'options' from Chrome Toolbox toolbar button or when managing
extensions
What is the expected output? Words (as well as buttons)
What do you see instead? just buttons and a few lines
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 25.0.1364.172 m on W7x64
