youtube freezes if app is enabled

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.enable extension
2.watch youtube video, wait 2-5 minutes
3.video freeze

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the youtube video freezes completely, but the UI (play/pause button, 
fillscreen) are still active if nonfunctional

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
chrome toolbox v1.0.32, chrome version 30.0.1599.66m, OS windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
when this extension is enables, the video eventually freezes, when disabled it 
does not

disabled all extensions and tried 1 by 1, it is chrime toolbox breaking youtube.
vids freezing after 1 min

It seems to throw an error in "floating_bar.js" on line 157 (Uncaught Error: 
Error calling method on NPObject). Commenting the line seems to fix this issue 
but it might mess up some features.

OS Windows 7
chrome version 30.0.1599.69 m
chrome toolbox 1.0.32

Location of "floating_bar.js" on Windows 7
C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User

Took 3 hours of testing/reconfigs to find that chrome toolbox was the problem :/

disabling chrome toolbox fixed the playback problems youtube has been giving me 
over the last 2 weeks
please fix asap, love the extension

Does anyone know if one of the settings being enabled in Chrome Toolbox is 
causing this? If so, quick fix will be disabling that feature/setting.

Thanks for the fix, but old man here. I typed that fix in, but when I try to 
access floating bar tab, it gives me a syntax error. Any update, patch or 
general help for us "no idea what I am doing"s?

I too can confirm the Chrome Toolbox as the culprit. I tried #13's suggestion 
and it did not work for me. 

Also, this issue does not seem to effect YouTube videos embedded in 
non-YouTube.com webpages.
