Add re-inking settings

This requires some changes in CNCServer, but at minimum, users should be able to:

• Water dip/iterations on wash, start and refill
• Color dip/iterations on first and refill
• Possible water skip option for every other reink?

I have not had a problem with drips. Perhaps a gentler inking cycle is in order instead?

Agreed. Though if there's too much water in a paint pot, apart from using a napkin, it's tricky to manage.
