Switch from NW.js to Electron

A big change, that comes with plenty of good stuff!

• Better builds!
• Automated updates! (Eventually...)
• Better Install Procedure!
• Bigger community, bigger company behind it!
• Different, likely faster and better method of running code.

After testing and review, looks like this is "good enough". Will continue testing before rushing 0.9.6 out.
