data from fields within a repeat are not available in csv download, instead a link to an html table #313

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a form with a <repeat> table
2. Enter some data
3. Upload to Aggregate v1.0 beta on appspot.com
4. Download CSV file, open it
5. See the repeat table as an https link inside the csv file
6. Paste link in browser will open an html table containing the data of the 
repeated fields

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
We expect the data in the repeated fields to be downloaded into other CSV 
files, maybe bundled in a zip file?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ODK Aggregate V1.0 beta rev 4 windoze installer, running on wfpvam1.appspot.com

This was already reported as issue 100 for previous version. 
However apparently the issue is still there.
Sorry for creating another issue but the search function did not match "repeat" 
and "repeats"
