Client XMode switch problems #60

It seems that even if the checkbox for Client XMode is checked and the printout ""INFO:cfclient.ui.tabs.FlightTab:Clientside X-mode enabled: True" is seen the XMode is not enabled until a value is changed in some other UI component.

This is working. It has either been solved by another commit or it was never broken.
