API Endpoints

• Currently Logged In User Endpoints
  • List "my" notifications endpoint (GET /notifications)
  • Mark "my" notification "done" endpoint ( PUT /notifications )
  • Mark "my" notification "done" endpoint ( PUT /notification/1 )
• Admin / Internal (different permissions)
  • Used to push notifications into user accounts for "apps"
  • CRUD for notifications
  • /users/1/notifications

• display a notification icon (left-sidebar or header)
• display a count of notifications for the currently logged in user (up to 99, put "99+")
• click the icon to see a box listing the notifications
• mark the notifications as "done" with an "x" or ??
  • find a good example on the net with "tweet" sized notifications.
• make sure it's responsive.

• permission: create user notification
• author is the logged in user or "system"

/users/1/notification/5 PUT

• permission: update user notification
• author is the logged in user or "system"

/api/my/notification/5/done PUT

• permission: AFFECTS logged in user only on their own
• author is the logged in user or "system"
