Minor fix to readme #264

I think that the HTML on the Exercism website is generated from the markdown I modify here via some tempting engine.

Anyway, the change is trivial. It is just to avoid some causing the user some confusion upon initially reading the instructions.

Not at all urgent.

In future, should I avoid such trivial changes?

All introductions and instructions come from the exercism/problem-specifications repo. This change must be made there. https://github.com/exercism/problem-specifications/tree/main/exercises/pig-latin
