Add 404 page #1688

Currently, we have the default 404 page provided by GitHub. It would be good to modify this page and provide a better message.

For the i18n pages, a possible message could be that the page is not yet translated or does not exist.

And for the English version, the message would be that the page does not exist.

good observation
