When uploaded donation data is invalid, flow is not aborted and counted as a completed donation #634

Describe the bug When donating 'garbage' data, flow is marked as finished in monitoring.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start donation process
  2. upload garbage file
  3. Observe that you can continue and finish donating.
  4. Observe in the monitoring display that another assigment is finished.

Expected behavior The workflow cannot be completed without valid data.

@TjerkNan Can you clarify what "garbage data" is? It was not clear for me after watching the video.

a file that is not a valid donation file .exe doc anything
