Unable to select Panel when setting up data donation workflow #882

Describe the bug I'm unable to select a panel

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create new data donation project
  2. In settings, go to pannel
  3. press 'setup' and observe that there aren't any options.

Expected behavior One or more options.
