Data uploaded by participant is not stored #889

Describe the bug When study is published, participant donates data but data is not stored as seen in 'internal storage' screen.

Could be related to #888 almost feels like a condition that needs to be inverted.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. publish valid data donation study
  2. Participate as particpant and donate data
  3. As creator, observe that donated data isn't actually stored.

Expected behavior Donated data by participant to be stored

It's working through new panel 'other' link.
