Design idea, implemented in other commit, the network change notification should be done using the win32 api notifications as I told you before, btw I take in care that on unstable wifi networks the notification will be triggered a lot of times and could be anoying, as example I hate the notification on bluethoot device connect/disconnect on MyDockFinder.
