Authentication makes version 4.5 (enterprise) unavailable to ezupgrade #5

As support.ez.no requires authentication, version 4.5 is unavailable to ezupgrade.

Are we still able to do upgrades with local files until we get this sorted out?

We are, using the setting DistroLocation=/path/to/container/ in settings/ezupgrade.ini. For now, we also need to unpack the zip archive and package it using tar and gzip, since ezupgrade does not support zip archives: https://github.com/ezsystems/ezupgrade/issues/6
