Height setting does not work for small values #202

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to "Options"
2. Change "Height" to something less than 400px, i.e. 200px
3. Open calculator

What is the expected output?
Calculator changes its height to the set value.

What do you see instead?
Calculator's main "window" height remains ~400px. Only the "output" area is 
shrinked

What version of Chrome are you using?
30

What operating system are you using?
Windows 7

What country are you in?
Norway
