Kali Linux as a teamserver option #13

Suggest having Kali Linux as a teamserver option.

Could add a new line to config.yml so that the user can enter the AWS OS ID for their region.

Wondering if maybe the route to go is a "server.tf.j2" override for each provider to allow a user to create their own override templates... Just an idea...
