wiki examples missing command #46

The first examples (both short-hand and fully-qualified forms) on https://github.com/ezra-buckingham/terry-the-terraformer/wiki/Usage-Examples for using the create command are missing the create command.

Yep, the wiki needs to be updated since my big refactor IIRC

this one is just that the two command lines are missing the token "create". I'd send a PR to fix it but github doesn't have that feature for wiki pages
