this is a fix for the two deprecation issues on newer version of atom.
i just moved the scoped-properties to settings and tinker abit with the package.cson to make it comply to the new standard
oh, and while i'm at it, what do you think about adding some more scope at the top of the snipppets?
i do most of the templating on blade engine anyway, so it would be great if i can use the snippets on blade
