Adding these imageboards (pick only some and not all) would be a fine addition since the quality of endchan and 8kun might be going down. Would like to ask for your opinion.

  some imageboards are better than others in the post-8kun apocalypse, so people invented the webring to make decentralization easier.

A webring is a collection of websites linked together in a circular structure, and usually organized around a specific theme, often educational or social.

looks like it's supposed to be multiple united services with interlinking between them, e.g. reference to thread from another board (?)

The Webring allows an imageboard to list boards from other sites on their board catalog/table.
