Removing hyphens #3

The commands git-archive and git-submodule were not working directly on my base install on xubuntu -- removed the hyphens to let the commands run as git archive and git submodule.

Note: I'm not sure about the behaviour on other set ups/os's.

Thank you for this patch. I've merged c3d7a344e2dc36a32fecdbc7eb782315f4f24288 since it included a relevant documentation fix, but again, thank you very much.
