VCs:

Refer to Laura's wireframes/current implementation for import flow
Create any visual design mockups for screens where we have gaps in the existing screens for the existing flows.

Added initial pass to larger Launcher flow.

Here is our import-specific segment. Received some feedback, need to field it and resolve it, if necessary. Still a few open questions for the devs.
