Generate k8s 3rd party resource yaml #105

So the connector is a third party resource in k8s.

Then we can use k8s apis / tooling to discover connectors. Then no need for nexus scanning etc.

The connector-maven-plugin can then generate the k8s 3rd party resource descriptor with the connector details included.
