Always use k8s-template prefix #561

-k8s-template.yml doesn't seem generated anymore according to :

https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/io/fabric8/platform/packages/fabric8-platform/2.4.24/

FWIW we haven't released the old fabric8 version with the k8s-template - might be easier to just avoid that file for old fabric8 releases?
