Document missing commands in README #638

Ideally one could automate it as a part of the build (gofabric8 help | ... some sed magic updating README...) - this way they will be always up-to-date and 1-1 to what the actual gofabric8 help shows.

i think the documentation just fall back away from the rest (as it's often the case) and there is no intentionality to it,
