add support for the Metrics to the HorizontalPodAutoscaler of model #332

I want to use HorizontalPodAutoscaler with api "/apis/autoscaling/v2beta1/namespaces/horizontalpodautoscalers/" that need the parameter of Metrics, butthere is not in the API model .When add support for the Metrics to the HorizontalPodAutoscaler of model?
