Me too, you use mac m1?
Looks like it may be related to command line tools, have you all tried these? https://apple.stackexchange.com/questions/438785/xcode-error-when-launching-terminal
Remove the old tool in your terminal
sudo rm -rf /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools
Install it again
xcode-select --install so you mean that to do @mikehardy

Unfortunately not worked for me, is there any solution?
I had the same issue and solved by installing this gem
sudo arch -x86_64 gem install ffi
and then running this in my ios folder
arch -x86_64 pod install
After this you can run pod install with no issues. Now restart the app.
Found this on the react-native environment setup page for mac
Under Note for Mac M1 users
for installing cocoa pods
I just upgraded RN from "react-native": "0.66.0" to "react-native": "0.70.3".
None of the workarounds in previous comments have worked for me
+1
