kats cusum detector gives wrong date range. #286

I have 1 year of data. It is increasing by minutes. When the date of the last data is 2022-05-14, when I turn on the cusum detector, it makes predictions from 2022-09-01. Where are the 4 months in between and how do they start from this date?and why it treats certain ranges as zero. @brundage @likethesky

Without the dataset and sample code of what you are running it's difficult to understand what is happening. Can you provide both?
