Problem with cell segmentation #209

Thanks for the nice work.

I tried to apply the method for our dataset, i.e., to only segment the cells. But just find that regions far from the cell center are segmented into one cell instance (e.g., the circle with a large bounding box). Anyone has suggestions for this?
