Cython dependency missing #49

Hi, I followed the instructions yet Cython is missing from dependencies when running the setup.py in ABX_src. Should it be added to environment.yml? Neil

I also had to manually create an ABX_src subdirectory inside eval/ABX_src/ for the setup to work.
