Add support for Carthage including .resolved

Hi! Would like to add some defaults

• Carthage is as popular as Cocoapods
• .resolved file looks better as Ruby rather than plain text

please, let me know if it is Ok, or still needs an improvement

Thanks for the PR. I'll probably just merge as is for now. I'm likely to clean up all the patterns for the next release, probably to use glob patterns, so I'll do any cleanup that is necessary.
