Use either cicerone or rintrojs to create javascript-guided introduction to the top-level shiny *Analays modules (like fdgeAnalysis).

Our *Analysis modules perform a soup-to-nuts version of an analysis, and are (likely) the modules that will be used to sling together into a larger application.

It seems like the right place to put these introductions ... or maybe the *Run modules?
