Which licence to use for RFCs #1

The Rust team has a pending issue, to adapt everything to either MIT or Apache-2. We should start with one from the beginning. and I guess one of these would do - just have to decide which one?

Or maybe it should be CC0 ? This is what is used in SWIPs. https://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/

Yes, but the differences are in the details. Although for "text", which the improvement proposals will be, I guess the CC0 might be more appropriate.

Have rewritten the texts and used CC0.
