IPLD Schema #2

Nice to have for later: Implement a codec for IPLD Schema. That way we can do cross content networks data swap (thinking out loud, not sure how easy or difficult it is right now) between IPLD schema and beeson (eg dynamic data swap between Filecoin and Swarm, priced out accordingly in FIL or BZZ)
