Add zero data info to README.md #75

Feedback from a developer: "Why doesn't your framework's documentation mention anything about zero-data apps? That seems like a pretty important detail. Or is it zero-data by virtue of running on Ethereum? How then is it different from other dapp frameworks like Truffle (https://www.trufflesuite.com/)?"
