Replaces https://github.com/fairtracks/fairtracks_standard/pull/12, but without primary_key

@jmfernandez I removed the signatures from the example JSON files, as I think they might confuse people. The '$comment' fields are not part of the standard, but having them in the example might make users think they are needed. Do you agree?

@jmfernandez Merging pull request to enable signatures for the next changes. Any issues can be fixed later.
