Example data is validated on every commit, mandatory check for merging PR.
BLUEPRINT data is validated on every PR and on every tag v* push, not mandatory check.
Full validation reports are uploaded as artifacts.
Short validation reports are printed in the build logs.

One last thing. Can you move the Python scripts into scripts/python/ directory?
