Set default boost version to 1.61.0 #2

Hello.

I'm not sure if 1.58.0 was left intentionally. But I decided to update it to latest version. What do you think?

All of the projects at my company are synced on 1.58.0, so that's the only reason I haven't updated it. We're in a release phase right now, so we won't be updating any time soon I don't think, but I also don't have a problem with updating it here since my boost libraries are already built.

I'll pull down the 1.61.0 boost source & make sure everything still works and pull this in (when I get a chance).

No problem. That's why I put this up here. It took me a really really really really long time to get it working the way I needed it to. I figured other people would probably benefit from it too.
