This doesn't update when city updates. Need something like react-helmet? Maybe Express metatag https://www.npmjs.com/package/express-metatag

Can't help on the technical side, but could make an image like these for each of the top 10 cities, if we think that'd be good. The rest would show Barcelona as a default.
