systray.setToolTip makes tray icon flicker #355

When jack is running Cadence tray icon flickers.

Commenting line 1533 in cadence.py removes the flickering: self.systray.setToolTip(systrayText)

OS: Manjaro Plasma Plasma: 5.26.4 QT5: 5.15.7
