Make carla-single work with non-session-manager (nsm) #1026

Run LV2 synths as standalone JACK applications via carla-single, with nsm support. How cool is that. ;)

What does it take to get there ? A link to NSM specs would be useful here. I'm currently using carla-single in RaySession session manager and it seems to be working fine, except I don't like not being able to minimize the VST3 plugin window. How would NSM support improve that ?
