The --max-version=56.60.100 requirement prevents discovery of libavcodec #1814

ffmpeg-6.0_1 installs libavcodec with the version 60.3.100.

This would silently make many builds to skip libavcodec.

What is wrong with ffmpeg-6.0 ?

code is old and ffmpeg changed a bunch, thus no longer compatible with any recent version.
