Stamina Calculation on 'Select All Buffs' in the Quick Buff Window is broken in Firefox #1243

As stated in IRC - selecting all buffs doesn't sum the stamina correctly. Subsequently
selecting 'Select None' will then show the previous total for 'All' buffs, and it then
toggles between the two.

I believe it works correctly in Chrome.
