Add Seiken Densetsu Collection (Jap) to the supported list #3

I looked for a tool to extract the alldata.bin and alldata.psb.m of the physical release for a while now. Your tool collection gave me what I needed after MDF Decompressor failed there. So you can add Seiken Densetsu Collection (Jap) as supported and it can be extracted the same way the Castlevania Collection on Steam does. Small addition. How to get the needed alldata. files might be of interest too. First you need your SELF MADE dump of the physical cart. How to get that is explained more than once all over the internet. Then you should have a XCI file. This one you open with hactools or the nice scripts of Assassin1990 utilizing it (https://gbatemp.net/threads/extract-nsp-nca-xci-update-all-in-one-tool-for-layeredfs.511156/page-7#post-8735110) Number 4 is your need here. Then you are asked what to do with the file. Layered FS is what you want. In the end you should have a romfs.bin file which you open with ROMFSExplorer (https://gbatemp.net/threads/tools-switch-toolbox.478249/) The bin files are not shown by default in the open dialog. Just type . and then enter to see them. Open it and extract your alldata. from root folder. These are what you want for extraction. DONE
