Add option to show icon next to selected text to translate #1

Just like other translators, adding icon next to currently selected text to make translation faster.

Maybe make it optional or make it easy to disable.

Doing the icon should be easy enough, but doing the immediate translation may be a problem. As you can see, Google is sending it to their servers to determine whether to show translation:

Any text selected in your Chrome browser gets sent to the Google server to determine if a translation should be displayed.
