Add installation instructions for Mac OS X. #3

I haven't been able to test these instructions on another Mac but it works beautifully on my laptop.

There are still a few things to do:

  1. It seems like the default keyboard shortcuts to switch from a Space to another on Mac OS X are ctrl-left / ctrl-right, which conflicts with the slomo mode. We should maybe change it to 'alt' or advise the user to modify the default bindings.
  2. The app has currently no icon, but just send me a 512x512 PNG file and I'll add it.

PS: I've tried to bundle every required .dylib inside the app and messed up a little with install_name_tool(1) but didn't manage to make it work… It seems doable but I must be overlooking something…
