Improve tone of voice / messaging

Would be nice to ensure all user messages are following a consistent formatting and tone of voice.

I've collected a list of all the messages currently being used:

We have a few minor inconsistencies with

• Placement of emojis
• Sometimes there's a comma after "Sorry" and sometimes not
• Sometimes there's a period at the end and sometimes not
• The general tone of voice

I'm gonna have a think about how we can word those things but happy to start a discussion too. We can decide what tone of voice we want. Short and sweet, funny, cheeky, etc.

Yeah I think I was generally trying to go for a kinda of human friendly tone of voice. I want it to feel like it's someone talking to you, that feels like a human, but at the same time you know is a bot.
